About Tree of Life Yoga
Tree of Life Yoga offers meditative classes, workshops and wellness sessions in the Longfellow neighborhood of South Minneapolis. Located near bike paths, the Hiawatha LRT line and Metro Transit bus routes, Tree of Life Yoga is a green, local alternative to larger studios.
Gentle yoga classes, mindfulness training and therapeutic bodywork sessions are customized for children, teens, adults and active older adults.
Seasonal eco-yoga retreats provide an opportunity for Tree of Life Yoga students to practice in community, and to appreciate the wonders of nature.

Guiding Teacher
Milissa Link, founder of Tree of Life Yoga, is an inspiring teacher who loves to share her passion for yoga and her awe of the earth’s wonders. With wisdom, strength and compassion, she encourages her students and wellness clients to be fully alive in the moment.
Milissa began her study of yoga in 1980 at SYDA Foundation in New York, and went on to become a certified yoga teacher at Sivananda Yoga in the Bahamas in 1994. She is trained in craniosacral therapy and energy work and is a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy practitioner. Milissa became an AMI certified Montessori assistant in 2009, and she teaches mindfulness and yoga at a charter school in North Minneapolis.
